THINGS TO DO IN LAS VEGAS
Las Vegas is known for its lively entertainment scene, but there are also plenty of shows suitable for kids. Some popular options include the Blue Man Group, Cirque du Soleil also has several shows that are family-friendly, such as Love, Michael Jackson One, Mystere and O. For animal lovers, the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage offers the chance to see exotic animals up close. And for those who enjoy magic, the Mac King Comedy Magic Show is a must-see. With a variety of shows available, Las Vegas has something to offer for families with kids of all ages.
The Adventuredome at Circus Circus is a five-acre indoor amusement park with rides and attractions for all ages. The Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay allows visitors to see a variety of marine life up close. The Discovery Children’s Museum offers interactive exhibits and educational programs. The High Roller Observation Wheel provides a bird’s eye view of the city and be sure to visit the 28,000 sq. foot, 4 floor M&M World store. The Bellagio Las Vegas is primarily focused on adult entertainment, however, there are still some options for kids to enjoy, such as the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, which features colorful and elaborate displays that change seasonally. The Fountains of Bellagio water show is also a popular attraction for all ages.
The Mirage Volcano is a must-see free show featuring a man-made volcano that erupts nightly, shooting flames and water up to 100 feet in the air to a musical soundtrack. The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck in Las Vegas offers a stunning view of the city’s skyline. Located at the Paris Las Vegas hotel, visitors can enjoy 360-degree views from 46 stories above the Strip. The Gondola Ride in the Venetian Las Vegas is a popular attraction that offers visitors a chance to experience the charm of Venice, Italy without leaving the United States. Passengers are serenaded by gondoliers dressed in traditional garb as they glide along the water, through a replica of St. Mark’s Square.
There are plenty of things to do outside of Las Vegas. You can visit the Hoover Dam and take a tour, explore the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, or go on a hiking trail in Mount Charleston. If you’re interested in history, check out the old mining town of Goldfield or the ghost town of Rhyolite. You can also take a trip to the Valley of Fire State Park, which features stunning sandstone formations and ancient petroglyphs. You can go on a scenic drive to Lake Mead or the Grand Canyon. Seven Magic Mountains is an art installation located in the desert outside of Las Vegas. It consists of seven towering sculptures made of brightly colored boulders. The Neon Boneyard is a unique outdoor museum that showcases retired neon signs from the city’s past. are endless options for outdoor adventures and sightseeing just a short distance from Las Vegas.

The Sugar Factory – This popular restaurant and candy store is located on the Las Vegas Strip. It is known for its over-the-top desserts and colorful cocktails, including the famous Goblet drinks.
In-N-Out Burger – This is a popular fast food chain that was founded in California in 1948 where you can enjoy their famous burgers, fries and shakes.
M&M’s World – While not technically a restaurant, the M&M’s World store on the Las Vegas Strip has a cafe that serves M&M-themed treats and snacks.
Buddy V’s Ristorante – This Italian restaurant offers a kids menu with classic dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, as well as fun desserts like cannoli chips and dip.
Black Tap – This is a popular restaurant known for their Instagram-worthy milkshakes and delicious burgers.
Guy Fieri’s – This restaurant located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. It offers a unique dining experience that combines bold flavors, signature dishes, and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu features a variety of American cuisine, including burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees.
